Remember for fat burning cardio 84-92% is what your looking for which is medium orange/yellow to low red.

Don't forget muscle fatigue in strength training burns up to 48 hours after. So what you burn in here is only tip of iceberg so do not sacrafice strength just to burn more calories in here.
