This depends on what level of training you are doing with us. While I can work on basic nutrition portion sizes for beginners to working on more in-depth for weight gain needed for sport or weight loss for better health.
At Bare Fitness, we believe that training isn’t about competing with others — it’s about becoming better than you were yesterday.
Our coaching system is built on real exercise science that’s been developed, tested, and continually refined over years of hands-on experience.
We specialize in performance training for youth athletes (ages 9–18) in football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and tennis — as well as strength, speed, and agility coaching for adults seeking better health and fitness.
We’ve helped athletes reach collegiate levels, improve game-day performance, and develop strength and resilience that carries over into every area of life.
“One of my greatest joys is to see people get healthier, to help them exceed their expectations and actualize their goals. All while realizing that exercise is fun.”

Chris believes clients deserve more than random workouts. Every program should have a purpose, measurable goals and a clear plan for improvement.
At Bare Fitness, progress is measured instead of guessed. Depending on the program, we use professional testing and coaching assessments to track:
Sprint speed and peak +1 MPH
Vertical +3 inches and broad-jump performance
Agility and change-of-direction ability
Strength and conditioning improvements
Mobility and movement quality
Confidence, consistency and training technique
Individual results depend on attendance, effort, training history and following the recommended program.

Yes, there are tips and tricks I use with the kids in sports to make them more competitive numbers for the colleges while making them still be explosive and fast. Simple changes make more differences than huge ones!
For adults this can range from 13-140 dollars depending on the drop-in to consistency a week for monthly if you do a 10 pass its good for 3 months. For the Youth training range from 25-340 these are all pass-based again depending on how many you're getting in a pack and use on how many a week. The passes are good for 2-3 months depending on how much the pass.
