I am a Retired Navy with 20 years of service. This allowed me to train Sailors and Soldiers for different aspects of fitness. I took from working with Marines “TRAIN LIKE YOU FIGHT”, in the idea of my functional fitness works around our everyday movements. I specialize in Youth Sports Training and my clients are 10-17 Girls and Boys Basketball, Soccer, Track in small group and personal training. This allows me to be more specific in training and not as generalized as most trainers can be. Results of faster speeds, better verticals 3 inches or better, more focused on the field and even in school, better recovery, and fewer injuries have been found while training with me.
I do work with adults in group fitness and Personal training and have trained for weight loss to weight gain, for triathlons to just every day better health needs. I understand the journey of better health going through all phases of weight gain and weight loss throughout my life. I am a firm believer in setting goals and striving for them. I work with the Nutrition aspect as well recovery through trigger point training.

Yes, there are tips and tricks I use with the kids in sports to make them more competitive numbers for the colleges while making them still be explosive and fast. Simple changes make more differences than huge ones!
For adults this can range from 12-130 dollars depending on the drop-in to consistency a week for monthly if you do a 10 pass its good for 3 months. For the Youth training range from 20-340 these are all pass-based again depending on how many you're getting in a pack and use on how many a week. The passes are good for 2-3 months depending on how much the pass.
These are used through your breathing and the breakdown of your breaths. RMR you will just lay there for 15 mins and will get your resting metabolic metabolism as well what you are burning more of which then can be used in a nutrition plan with a Nutritionist. Metabolic testing is used during physical activity to see your efficiency of your heart, lungs and brain during an activity this can be done on an Airdyne/Assault bike, stationary bike, stair steps, rower and even since it is portable we can do it doing beep test or even your sports and see how things are working.
