Nutrition Counseling

Basic Nutrition Counseling

Our basic nutrition counseling creates a custom plan based on your height and weight. Also factoring in calories expended as well as your physical fitness regime. Then finally, factoring what your goal is and the timeframe you're looking to reach your goal. 

 

Extensive Nutrition Counseling

The extensive nutrition plan uses a VO2 tester to determine your RMR (resting metabolic requirement) as well see if you are a fat or carbohydrate burner. This will then be sent to a licensed sports nutritionist while you fill out an extensive 26 questionnaire. To give how you would like to eat and what is your goals.

Combine Sports Testing For Athletes

This is a comprehensive test by Zybek for Football/basketball and even can be done with volleyball. We test reach, maximal vertical jump, long jump, 10 yd and 40 yd, as well 5-10-5 shuffle. While we can also test others. These results can be put into a database which is across the country and see how you compared to others in same age group and previous in your sport or see where you need to work on for different levels of schools. This is great for recruiting since fewer school visits are happening. This can be done singularly to large groups.
