What should I wear?
Comfort is important! Gym gear (tee shirts/athletic top/tank top/capris/yoga pants) is appropriate. We don’t recommend wearing short or loose fitting shorts.

Where can I change?
Bare Fitness does not have 2 bathrooms. in suite; with 1 having a shower.

How many times per week should I attend to see the best results?
We recommend 3 or more times per week in order to see the best results, and improvements, but have some who show slow progress with 2 times a week.

What if I’ve never been to a group fitness class?  
No worries… no experience required!  Prior to joining we will do a workout assessment to see what adjustments whether progressive or regressive you will need when starting first class. Just bring a smile on your face and remember that everyone had to take their first class once.

What do I need to do before starting a class?
For TRX classes you have to do a workout assessment and hands on while signing paperwork with trainer before joining.

For FitRanx you can just signup and join.

For the Airdyne you need a Myzone Heart Rate monitor to participate which we allow a trial for the class, but also sell them since they are used in classes and can be used at home.

What do I bring to class? 
Bring water and if you are consistent overheated bring bottle of your favorite sports drinks.

Do I have to enroll in advance?
Many classes do fill up in advance, so it is highly recommended that you reserve a spot.  Drop-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed.

I have more than one household family member who wants to join is their a family plan. While there is no family plan each member will get 10% off discount.

Can I put my Membership ‘on-hold’ while I am on vacation?
If you are injured or have a heath related issue we would be happy to put your membership on hold while you recover.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel a reservation up to ONE hour before class. Classes beginning before 8AM must be canceled by 9:30PM the night before. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the reduction of one class from a class package.

We do understand that unforeseen circumstances happen.  Please contact the studio and we will gladly work with you.  The policy is in place to accommodate clients who are on the wait-list and may not otherwise be able to attend class.

When do my packages expire?
Monthly packaged expire 30 days after your first visit during that month. 10-Class Packages expire 90 days after the first visit.

How many participants are required to run a class?
We have a 2 person minimum to run all of our classes.

What happens if I am running late?
Please text and let the studio know you are running late to ensure your spot remains reserved.  We will put out a mat for you.

Can I bring my children with me to the studio?
For the safety reasons, we ask that no children under the age of 12 come to the studio during our class time.
