So this weekend had 2 Awesome people level up with FitRanx.
Jodie which she came to Fitranx class on Saturday and did Level 3 with some soreness in the legs after Frog Jumps. Stephanie G. tried it and found her weakness in the Partial Turkish getups and Overhead Kettlebell presses.
Sunday found Reilly the young man training for EOD/Seals training went to level 6 and well found it challenging, but passed with almost puking at the end.
I will be having testing for more coming up soon. I know i have some excited to see where they are at.
