The NFL Combine is the best-known one, but there are combines for other sports. Then for Agility, people will do a 5-10-5 shuttle, hexagon test, lane agility drills, obstacle drills, 3-cone drills. 20-meter sprints, 40-yard sprints, 30-second bike tests are all for Speed, and lastly, for Aerobic fitness, it includes a shuttle run test, a 2km run, and stationary bike VO Test.

 

The idea behind it is to find the most appropriate sports for each individual to have more success in their sport of choice. In addition to the physical aspect, it also measures speed and agility, and reaction time. These are essential measurements for those who want to participate in any sport with much running or jumping involved, such as soccer, football, basketball, etc. There are many benefits associated with taking this type of test, including identifying strengths and weaknesses that can be fixed through exercise or training programs tailored specifically for your needs. It could even help you find new avenues within your chosen field that will lead you down a path towards success! It’s important to remember that there is no single best way for all athletes. It depends on what you want your sport(s) to be and how much time you have available to train.
