I recently seen a friend and fellow fitness leader start 100 swing day challenge for 2019. I decided to take that up with a 70lbs kettlebell or 32 KGs. My goal is to hit 100 each day as fast as possible. eventually able to do it under 3 mins. I started 2 days late so started on 3rd so making it up 25 each day til i make up first 2 days. By 10th day i should be good.
This is just habit forming techniques like anything whether you cut out sugar or processed food, even just adding extra water to your system.
