Hey i have been seeing alot of people waiting to drink water one they get into the workouts. Remember it can a couple hours to get through your system.
Lots of people think its cold out so they do not need to drink as much well that is untrue. Since our bodies are trying to warm itself it is using it as well.
So make sure your drinking at least half your body weight a day in water and on days with TRX workouts or any hard workouts you look to drink 3/4 of your bodyweight.
Remember water also helps process the fat in our bodys, regulates temps in the brain as well dispose of waste in the liver. Just a few reasons to drink.
