Young golfers have a big advantage. The strength, mobility, and movement habits they build now can shape their game for years. My youth program is built for high school players who want to hit it farther, move better, and stay healthy through the season.

Every player starts with a movement assessment covering mobility, rotation, balance, and strength, so training is built around what they actually need. From there, we work on:

  • Mobility in the hips, upper back, and shoulders for a freer, more powerful turn
  • Rotational power to add speed the right way
  • Strength and stability in the legs and core to support the swing
  • Injury prevention to protect the back, hips, and wrists as practice time increases

Players get a simple routine to follow at home, and we retest along the way so you and your golfer can see the progress. One-on-one and small-group sessions for teammates are available.
