Most golfers work on their swing. Very few work on the body that has to make it. If your hips are tight, your upper back doesn't rotate, or your balance gives out halfway through the downswing, more range balls won't fix it. At Bare Fitness, I find out what your body is doing, then train it so your swing can do what your golf pro is teaching.
I'm a TPI Level 1 certified golf fitness coach (Titleist Performance Institute) and a 21-year US Navy veteran. I coach every golfer myself, with no handoffs to an assistant. I don't replace your golf pro. My job is the physical side: mobility, stability, strength, and rotational power, so your body stops limiting your swing.
The 12-Week Off-Season Golf Program
In northern Indiana, the golf off-season runs from November to early March. That's the best time to build the mobility, stability, strength, and rotational power your swing depends on, with no tee times to work around.
After your assessment, you can train in my 12-week off-season program:
I don't change your swing. I train the body that has to make it, so you head into spring better prepared to make the swing your golf pro is teaching.
Program pricing isn't listed here. We'll go over options once you have your assessment results, or ask through the inquiry form.
The golf fitness assessment is normally $149. The first 15 golfers get it for $99. There are only 15 founding spots because I coach every golfer personally. Once they're gone, the price goes to $149.
After the assessment, you can train one-on-one or in the group classes Bare Fitness already runs. We'll talk through options and pricing at your assessment.

Do I need to be a good golfer?
No. The assessment works for any level, from new golfers to low handicappers. It shows where your body is today and what to improve.
Will you change my swing?
No. I'm not a swing coach. I train the body so it can make the swing your pro is teaching. Many golfers find their lessons start to stick once the physical limits are addressed.
What is VALD HumanTrak?
It's a 3D movement analysis system. A camera tracks how your joints move during simple tests like squats and balance work, with nothing attached to your body. It gives us real numbers instead of guesses, and we can retest later to see your progress.
Is this safe if I have back pain or I'm older?
The assessment is built to find limitations and work around them. If you have a current injury or a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting. I'll adjust the plan to fit you.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
What happens after the assessment?
You get your written report and a plan. If you want to train with me, we'll set up one-on-one sessions or group classes built around your results.
Can I train with friends?
Yes. Friends can train in the same group classes we already offer. Each person still follows a plan from their own assessment. Adult group classes cap at 12, and youth classes (ages 9–18) cap at 10.
