Get Faster (Without Tripping Over Your Own Feet) – Bare Fitness Style
Speed and agility aren’t just for superheroes. At Bare Fitness, we turn regular kids into all-stars (and help you stay upright while doing it). Here’s how to boost your skills:
- Warm up right: Jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks get you ready to move. We always start our youth sessions with a dynamic warm-up so you’re prepped for action.
- Drills: Ladder drills, cone shuffles, and short sprints are your go-tos. At Bare Fitness, we mix these up every week so you never get bored (or slow).
- Form is everything: Knees up, arms pumping, eyes forward (not on your phone). We coach you to move with purpose—and maybe a little swagger.
- Track your progress: Time yourself or see how far you can jump. At Bare Fitness, we love a good friendly competition—beat your own record or challenge a teammate.
- Fun challenge: Race your dog. If you win, you’re officially fast! Or, come race your friends at Bare Fitness (no dogs in the gym, but plenty of high-fives).
