At Bare Fitness in Elkhart, we help young athletes reach their full potential with targeted sports performance and youth training programs. Designed for ages 12–17 (ages 10–11 by evaluation), our sessions improve speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic ability—while building confidence and discipline.

Our youth performance program is not a “one size fits all” bootcamp. Every athlete is assessed and coached individually within the group, ensuring proper form, progressive overload, and age-appropriate training.
