Fitranx Testing Begins

Bare Fitness Warriors next Sunday December 16th i am looking forward to getting the first group tested out. I have been able to do singles to see how it would go and can’t wait to see as a group. I will be emailing everyone who i think is ready for first round of testing.

Water. "Why Yes You Need To Drink It"

Hey i have been seeing alot of people waiting to drink water one they get into the workouts. Remember it can a couple hours to get through your system. Lots of people think its cold out so they do not need to drink as much well that is untrue. Since our bodies are trying to warm itself it is using it as well. So make sure your drinking at least half your body weight a day in water and on days with TRX workouts or any hard workouts you look to drink 3/4 of your bodyweight. Remember water also helps process the fat in our bodys, regulates temps in the brain as well dispose of waste in the liver. Just a few reasons to drink.

FitRanx Leveling Up

So this weekend had 2 Awesome people level up with FitRanx. Jodie which she came to Fitranx class on Saturday and did Level 3 with some soreness in the legs after Frog Jumps. Stephanie G. tried it and found her weakness in the Partial Turkish getups and Overhead Kettlebell presses. Sunday found Reilly the young man training for EOD/Seals training went to level 6 and well found it challenging, but passed with almost puking at the end. I will be having testing for more coming up soon. I know i have some excited to see where they are at.
