No one saw the virus coming, and not everyone was concerned about their health, but when it erupted, everyone got easily affected. Hence, tracking your every step and bite sounds like a smart idea in hopes of improving your health and well-being and to avoid repeating the past—especially in this rational world where you can be distracted by even the smallest diversion in your surroundings which can often cause you to lose track of your wellness.
